What to do if you have had an automobile accident The first thing to do is make sure everyone is OK. You, or the operator, will need to complete an Operator's Report. This can be obtained from any local police station or from the Mass RMV. They now request that you report it directly to them so they can immediately assign an adjuster to see your car.
